Shipping and Refunds

I no longer see an item that I wanted to purchase, will it be available again?  
If you no longer see an item that was once available on our Online Store, you can contact our Customer Service by phone or email to see if it will be available again in the future.
How can I pay for my order?
We currently accept visa, master card, and PayPal.  Gifts of Freedom products are priced in Canadian dollars. If you want to order offline please contact us at our Customer Service telephone no. Your card is only charged once your items are shipped.
How can I be sure that my order has been processed?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with information about your purchase. If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email within 2-3 days, please contact our Customer Service by phone or email.
Can I remove items from my order?
Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed without contacting our Customer Service. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact our Customer Service by phone or email to receive more information.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you may contact our Customer Service by phone or email to cancel your order.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/ incorrect item?
Our main goal at Gifts of Freedom is to make sure you are happy. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact Customer Service by phone or email within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a returned item?
Once a return has been received your refund will be applied to the original form of payment within 5 – 7 business days.

Exchanges

Can I exchange a product I purchased for something else?
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Gifts of Freedom item in place of another, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.

Shipping

What do you charge for shipping?
Gifts of Freedom offers variable shipping rates based on each product. The shipping rate will be displayed at time of checkout. Please be aware that there may be additional charges for duties and taxes when orders are shipped out of Canada. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Gifts of Freedom does not have information on customs or duties and cannot estimate these charges. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order.  Gifts of Freedom is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Gifts of Freedom issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for nonpayment of import taxes. Shipping will usually take place within 2-3 days after the order is placed.  Orders will typically arrive 4 days within Canada, 5 – 7 days within the United States and 2-3 weeks for international orders.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any shipping concerns.  If an item is out of stock customer service will contact you immediately.  If the order is for a custom item, it may take longer to be shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

What is the value that will be displayed on my customs documents?
The total net amount of merchandise purchased will be declared on all customs documents. Customs documents cannot be altered.
Can I expedite shipping on my  order?
If you want delivery of your Gifts of Freedom product faster than the post office can deliver, please email us for UPS rates.
